FONTSI began creating and designing type in 1990. I was intrigued by the then new possibilities presented by Altsys's (now FontLab's) Fontographer software for creating vector-based fonts. My first project was Farquharson™, based on an old American wood type. My first original typeface was Clear Prairie Dawn™, a humansit sans serif text face. As well as designing my own faces, I also create custom fonts for clients. Quadrat fonts are available for online purchase at MyFonts.com.
